Invasive Alien Plants WG organises a session at the NEOBIOTICA meeting
EWRS Invasive Alien Plants (IAP) WG invites you to attend the special session that will be organized by the WG in the NEOBIOTA meeting in Tartu, Estonia on 13-16 September 2022. The session will focus on the relationship between weeds and invasive alien plants in any context, from ethics, economics, biology, ecology to climate change. In addition, we will focus on ecology, biology and control of weeds with alien origins. One of our aims is in this meeting to continue a common paper on weeds and Invasive Alien Plants relationships in the context of climate change, which will follow our initiation in Palic and continue in Athens.

We are thankful to the EWRS who is supporting young scientists willing to participate in the EWRS-NEOBIOTA session. Subsidies will be provided (upto € 700 maximum per person) by the EWRS for young scientist who are younger than 35 years, have an oral presentation in EWRS session and have not had EWRS subsidy for more than two times. Send an e-mail BEFORE 31st May to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a short CV, a motivation letter, and estimated costs including the part to be covered by your institution, together with your accepted abstract.
